Refund policy


By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.



We only offer refunds. Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the date you received the product (from tracking records). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To request a refund of your product, you should email us at with details of your purchase / copy of your order.

For refunds we will only deal with the original client who placed the order and paid for the goods.

PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Books with obvious signs of use - CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If the item(s) you received is extremely damaged, please contact us to be eligible for a full refund.

We will notify you once we’ve inspected your order, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, this includes discounted items marked as “XX% OFF” offers and items marked as “SALE” only.


Damages and issues                                             

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
